Orders ship within 1 business day from our Newark, DE warehouse. Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Right now we only ship within the U.S. If you need delivery elsewhere, email us at support@printkart.store before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can also ask our live chat for a status update using your order number.
We sell compatible replacement cartridges, not original manufacturer cartridges. They're built to match the print quality and yield of the original for a lower price. We're an independent retailer and not affiliated with HP, Canon, Epson, or Brother.
Check the model number printed on your current cartridge, or your printer's model number (usually on a label on the front or back of the printer). You can search either one on our Shop page, or ask our live chat for help finding the right match.
Contact us at support@printkart.store with your order number and printer model. We'll help you exchange it for the correct one at no extra cost.
Unboxing your printer, installing the ink or toner cartridges, connecting it to your network or computer, and running a test print to confirm everything works.
It's a paid add-on you purchase with your order, like any other item in your cart. We don't make unsolicited calls offering setup help, and we won't ask for remote access to your device outside of a service you've actively purchased and scheduled.
Message us through live chat or email support@printkart.store with your order number and we'll see if it can still be added before your order ships.
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Defective or incorrect items get a free replacement or full refund, including shipping. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Opened cartridges can't be returned unless they're defective, for hygiene and quality-control reasons. If yours arrived defective, we'll replace it free of charge.
