30-Day Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs (if any).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us at support@printkart.store within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping cost, at no charge to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@printkart.store or message us through the live chat on this site with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (for defective/incorrect items) or return instructions (for other returns).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened ink or toner cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene and quality-control reasons unless they are defective. This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund for a defective product.
Printer Setup Service Refunds
If you purchased the optional Printer Setup Service and are not satisfied with the service performed, contact us at support@printkart.store within 7 days of the service and we will review the issue and offer a partial or full refund of the service fee where appropriate. This does not affect the return policy for any physical products purchased in the same order.
